Looking for a responsible, clean and
friendly roommate.
I am a female working fulltime who is friendly and laidback. I am not
a partier. I will be considerate for student roommates(no noise in the
apartment while studying etc). The apartment is very spacious and have
patio. Common areas are furnished and you would have to furnish only
your own bedroom. I am not used to of meat smell, so I am looking for
someone who either does not cook much or would be considerate.
Rent is 679/2 and utilities come around 80/2 and internet 30/2 so one
person's total share would be (340+15+40) ~ $400.
I do not have any pets and do not prefer pets in the apartment.
Apartment is on bus route and 5 mins away from campus. Apartment
