Currently, I have a house located on WellBorn rd -NorthSide of TAMU Campus, and in a very nice neighborhood, also on the new road less traffic, but less than 1.5 mile to TAMU Campus as well as to Grocery store . It is small subdiv which has totally 14 new houses- about 2yrs old, or 5 min drive to Blinn college/TAMU School BUS routes, 2 min walk to TAMU Bus stop from the house as well .The house is fully furnished as well as fully equipped kitchen cookware, TV, Washer and Dryers too. The house has 3 bedrooms upstairs and 3.5 baths. Three bedrooms are also fully furnished too, each room has a Full Size bed, desk, chair and a full bathroom. My normal rent for regular semester is $425/mo($425 deposit) (Fall & Spring)plus 1/3 utilities bills( Wireless Internet and Cable TV is free- I'm paying for it $90.00/month).
